Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

● Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days

● Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kneevo is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
